Budget Dry Basement Waterproofing

Bill - No power for three days, 8 inches of snow melted, battery backup on the pump kept our basement dry......Thanks guys!!! :-)

Amos - Hurricane Irene hit about 11 days after the system was installed, and everything worked fine- the pump ran ocassionally as long as five days after the storm. I would recommend Budget Dry without hesitation.

Robyn - They came and went through basement and said there was nothing that they could provide that I needed. [However] They were great. They were helpful and gave suggestions.

Bernadette - They reviewed our situation and gave us an estimate. They arrived within a reasonable time, performed their duties and cleaned the are completely. Since then we had a power failure and were getting an error message on our system. They promptly returned our phone call and were able to resolve the problem on the phone. Scott - They did an excellent job - it was not an easy waterproofing job, they had to jack hammer the concrete floor, install their patented drains, and run a bubbler out into the yard. They did a great job and the basement was actually cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. Even though the job ended up taking longer and more work than they expected, this company honored their quote. We just had a hurricane, and guess what - NO WATER IN MY BASEMENT!!!! Their system is top-quality - not like the open buckets I see in friends' basements - it is totatlly enclosed - this is important to me since I have young kids. Don't want a hole in the floor for them to fall into or play in.

Jeff - Mike came and inspected our basement and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It turned out the initial concern was not a problem, but that there was another cause. He did a tremendous job explaining how sump pumps worked and how they should be properly installed. He also explained the difference between a "home" dehumidifier and a commercial one. We ended up just ordering the dehumidifier for now. The dehumidifier was installed by Luther who was very prompt and professional. He explained the ins and outs plus necessary maintenance. He made sure we received the thermometer/ hydrometer that was offered with the dehumidifier. We have received that already in the mail. He also pointed out the required registration forms to fill out for the warranty.
